Jenice Ramirez
Co-Founder & Owner
Meet Jenice, Co-Founder & Owner of ImpactoEdu. A proud Latina with roots in Puerto Rico and from Fayetteville, North Carolina. Jenice pursued her Special Education degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her desire to transform the quality education for children in North Carolina public schools has allowed her to work in the non-profit for over a decade.
Jenice's expertise lies in guiding organizations towards transformative change by leveraging her extensive experience in non-profit management, language justice, and community engagement. Over the past decade, she has served as an Executive Director of multiple grassroots organizations, where she developed a deep understanding of strategic leadership and organizational development. Committed to uplifitng women and people of color to assume leadership roles, Jenice's professional journey is fueled by her unwavering dedication to fostering inclusive representation and equitable leadership. Her work is characterized by a relentless pursuit of justice and a passion for building communities where everyone can thrive
Daniela Amortegui
Co-founder & owner
Meet Daniela, co-founder and owner of ImpactoEdu, is a first-generation immigrant hailing from Colombia and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She pursued her undergraduate studies in Spanish Culture & Language with a minor in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Later, she earned a Master's of Arts in International Education from Huddersfield University in the UK, specializing in Education Policy & Qualitative Research Methods.
Over the past decade, Daniela has dedicated herself to research in education, public health, and well-being within academic and community organizations across North Carolina and Illinois.
Daniela's expertise lies in guiding clients towards a deeper understanding of the communities they serve through culturally responsive, human-centered strategies. With a focus on fostering empathy and connection, she empowers organizations to enact meaningful change within underrepresented communities.
